Big Woods Land Company was founded in  1987 by James H, James B and Robert A Maguire. The father and sons team set out to create a company based on their extensive knowledge in land sales, logging, and log home construction. In the past twenty years this company has grown to accomadate and reflect the changes that have evolved in the lands sales, leases, and recreational properties.
 
Big Woods Land Company has become a reputable land sales company through the hard working men that founded it and their dedication to finding properties that meet the various needs of their customers.
 
Our office is located in Central Pennsylvania also known as the Gateway to the Pennsylvania Wilds. So in addition to finding your own trophy property we can also show you more of this beautiful state, including some pretty amazing places to hunt, fish, hike, camp and enjoy the outdoors.
